LiveLife Health & Fitness offers great goal focused 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 training sessions, in the comfort of your home, private garden/outdoor space.
Six Week Starter Package
This great package is aimed at the beginner or client who needs a re focus for their health and fitness goals.
This package comprises twelve sessions - two a week over a six week period.
The first session will consist of a chat where we will ascertain your goals, assess your lifestyle and diet, and look at various factors influencing your lifestyle. We will jointly build you an exercise schedule, which you can incorporate into your lifestyle.
After this, we shall perform some basic health and fitness tests, to judge your starting level of fitness and strength, and take some measurements.
Then over the following 10 sessions, we will get down to business and focus on the key areas that we have identified. Through resistance training and other fun methods, session on session we will practice and improve on your technique, enabling you to become stronger, fitter, moving more freely and gaining more confidence and energy.
On the twelfth session, we will chat again and go through the changes that have taken place, and perform the fitness and strength tests again. We will also then retake your basic measurements and then stand in awe at your great progress! We will then assess how we go forward from there, on your fitness and health journey with LiveLife Health & Fitness.
