Battle Ropes

Does what it says! Great simple bit of kit to really work the upper body, core strength and can also incorporate legs. A good HIIT session with these really hits the mark!


Dumbells

One of the firm classics. Good for isolating muscles and for compound exercises to hit more muscle groups.

Resistance Bands

A great piece of kit for entry level and the experienced alike. A whole body workout can be achieved with this simple piece of equipment.


Suspension Training

Can be used indoors and out, anchored to a tree or a door. This utilises body weight and keeps the core engaged when performing moves. Another great piece of kit for novices and the experienced. Also good for core and leg stability, and for assisting in rehab.


Boxing gloves and focus pad

Who doesn't like to punch!? Great for a cardio workout and releasing some pent up rage.

Exercise ball

Good for stability and activation through the core and back muscles. Can be essential for training when working with pregnant ladies, the older client and rehab work, 

Kettlebells

The shape of this piece of kit makes it great for swinging and flexibility exercises, focusing on deceleration and stabilisation. Using whole body movements, you stabilise the body to make these moves effective. Great for a full body workout.

Pull Up Bars

This great piece of equipment, can be assembled indoors or out and can be used to conquer chin ups and pull ups, as well as a whole host of other bodyweight exercises.
